This notice explains what we collect when you enter the Zivara Private Preview, why we use it and the choices available to you.
What we collect
We collect your first name, WhatsApp or mobile number, optional email address, the page or campaign through which you joined and a record of your consent. Basic technical safeguards may process a one-way network/device fingerprint to limit automated abuse; we do not store the underlying IP address in the signup table.
How we use it
We use these details to manage Private Preview membership, share the inaugural collection and relevant house updates, understand campaign response and provide personal assistance when Zivara opens. We do not collect payment information here.
Your choice
Joining is optional. You can withdraw from future preview or launch communications at any time by replying to a message or emailing zivaraclothes@gmail.com. You may also use that address to ask about, correct or request deletion of the details you shared.
Service providers and retention
Website, database and delivery providers may process information for Zivara only as needed to operate the Private Preview. Access is restricted. We retain signup details while the preview and resulting customer relationship are active, or until they are no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
